6 июля в офисе «Центра изучения внешней политики и безопасности» в Минске состоялся «круглый стол», на котором были обсуждены перспективы Беларуси в связи с перспективами участия Беларуси в программе «Восточное партнерство» и с членством в Таможенном союзе. Инициатором беседы выступила Анаис Марин, кандидат политических наук, представитель Финского Института международных отношений, европейский эксперт по внешней политике Беларуси (с ЕС и с Россией).

Steven Hoffman, professor and Chair of the Department of Political Science at the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota, USA) was in Minsk for an academic visit this March. On March 23, 2010, Professor Hoffman participated in an international seminar "Belarus - United States: in anticipation of change", organized by the Foreign Policy and Security Research Center.
